PM Modi congratulates Sheikh Hasina for winning Bangladesh's Parliament elections
New Delhi/IBNS: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday spoke to his Bangladeshi counterpart Sheikh Hasina and congratulated her for the "historic" victory in the Parliamentary elections.
In a post on X, PM Modi wrote: "Spoke to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and congratulated her on her victory for a historic fourth consecutive term in the Parliamentary elections."
PM Modi also congratulated the people of Bangladesh for the successful conduct of the elections.
He said, "We are committed to further strengthen our enduring and people-centric partnership with Bangladesh".
