Assam Rifles seized arms and ammunitions from Karimganj, Assam
Karimganj:Assam Rifles in a joint operation with Customs Division, Karimganj seized arms and ammunition in general area Adamtilla, Karimganj district of Assam on June 19 last.
The operation was carried out by a combined team of Assam Rifles and Customs Division of Karimganj, which resulted in recovery of 01x country made 9 mm pistol with magazine, 04x 9mm live rounds, 04 x 7.62mm live rounds, 01 x Single barrel Rifle. Seized Consignment was handed over to the Customs Division, Karimganj on 19 Jun 2024 for further legal proceedings.
