Nikosh Chhaya, which is directed by Parambrata Chattopadhyay, is the second installment in the Bhaduri Moshai series.

The first installment was Parnashavarir Shaap, which was also directed by Parambrata. It premiered on Hoichoi last year.

Nikosh Chhaya promises to take viewers on yet another captivating journey into the world of the supernatural, featuring the return of veteran actor Chiranjeet Charaborty as the enigmatic occult master, Bhaduri Moshai.

Chiranjeet reprises his role as Bhaduri Moshai, a master of the occult who is drawn into a horrifying mystery after a gruesome discovery in a quiet town.

The series boasts an ensemble cast, who are returning after the first installment, including Surangana Bandyopadhyay as Mitul, Gaurav Chakrabarty as Amiyo, Anindita Bose as Titas, Arna Mukhopadhyay as Pallab.

As the plot unfolds, audiences will be enthralled by Bhaduri Moshai's battle against the terrifying Bhanu, an Aghori taantrik with malevolent powers, setting the stage for an epic clash between light and darkness.

Sharing his excitement about directing Nikosh Chhaya, Parambrata said, "With Nikosh Chhaya, we’ve delved deeper into the realm of the supernatural, pushing boundaries and blending myth with mystery in ways that will leave audiences questioning the line between reality and the otherworldly.

"It’s a story that challenges not just the characters, but the viewers, and I’m excited for everyone to experience the intensity and suspense we’ve created."

Nikosh Chhaya is set to premiere on Hoichoi on October 31 on the occasion of Bhoot Choturdoshi, a Bengali festival that celebrates the belief that departed souls visit their loved ones on earth.
