Drug peddler arrested with Brown Sugar
Based on secret information, the Agartala city police laid a trap at Battala Naka point and detained a suspected drug peddler and recovered a good amount of Brown Sugar.
Giving details, SDPO (Sadar) Ajoy Kumar Das said as per information, police detained a suspected motor bike rider identified as Balaram Roy(30) of South Rajnagar under West Agartala police station . During his body search, police recovered Brown Sugar, weighing of approximately 14 grams under his possession.
Das said that Balaram Roy was arrested under a specific case of NDPS Act and he will be produced before a local court with police remand appeal.
