In continuation with its initiative, the Spear Corps of the Indian Army conducted an awareness program 'Join the Indian Army' at Nagichara Uccha Vidyalaya in Agartala on Thursday. The program featured motivational talk and interactive sessions, highlighting diverse career paths in the Armed Forces.

The Awareness Campaign commenced with a lecture on conduct of the online CEE exam wherein, associated topics, preparation strategy and pattern of examination were discussed. The lecture was followed by an interactive session to address individual queries and also provide an insight to the students about life in the Armed Forces. A medical team was also present during the session to clear doubts about medical requirements for enrolment.

The event drew the participation of 61 students including 37 boys and 24 girls from the school. Primary objective of this awareness program was to inspire the youth of Tripura, particularly those from tribal backgrounds, to embrace the values of discipline, dedication and service to the nation.
