Assam Rifles, continuing its commitment to the health and welfare of local population, especially women, organized a special lecture by a gynaecologist followed by a health checkup session at Radhanagar on Monday . The session was conducted by renowned gynaecologist Dr. Pampa Debbarma from Unakoti District Hospital, who provided valuable insights into women’s health, maternal care, and preventive healthcare measures.
A press statement issued by the Assam Rifles said the event was attended by families of Assam Rifles personnel and civilians. Dr Pampa Debbarma's lecture focused on the importance of regular health checkups, addressing common gynaecological issues, and raising awareness about women's reproductive health.Following the lecture, Dr. Debbarma conducted personalized health checkups, offering consultations and medical advice to the participants.
