The Assam Rifles organized an engaging weapon display at the Assam Rifles Ground in Agartala on Tuesday, aiming to inspire youth and strengthen community ties.
The event, conducted by the Agartala Battalion, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and teachers of National Forensic Sciences University. Participants were given an opportunity to explore various arms and equipment used by the force during interactive sessions and live demonstrations.
The programme was designed to create awareness about the role of the Armed Forces in safeguarding the nation, instill a sense of patriotism among young minds, and highlight career opportunities in the defence services. Through detailed briefings and hands-on exposure, students gained valuable insights into the operational capabilities, discipline, and commitment of the Assam Rifles.
