BJP to secure both seats surpassing 2019 vote margin: CM
Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr Manik Saha on Saturday said that the BJP is ready to secure both seats in Tripura, surpassing the 2019 vote margin, which is evident from the widespread support of the people.
Dr Saha led a massive rally in Kanchanpur under the North District in support of BJP candidate for East Tripura, Kriti Singh Debbarma.
Addressing reporters, Dr Saha expressed confidence in the BJP's prospects, citing the overwhelming response from the public as indicative of the party's victory in the upcoming Lok Sabha election.
"The IPFT and Tipra Moth have extended their support to our candidate. Today, we held a rally in Kanchanpur, where we received a tremendous response from the people. They are eager to see Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister of India again. PM Modi has set a target, and we anticipate surpassing the vote count from the last Lok Sabha elections, as evidenced by the rally. Both candidates will emerge victorious in our state; there is no doubt about it," he added.
The rally was attended by BJP candidate Kriti Singh Debbarma, Minister Tinku Roy, Minister of State Brishaketu Debbarma, and others.
