Chef & Dealer Meet – 2025 by Longtharai at Nandigram: A blend of culinary art and business
On Monday at Nandigram Drishtikon Guest House of West Bengal, the renowned FMCG brand of Northeast India, Longtharai, successfully organized its special event — “Chef Meet & Dealer Meet – 2025”.
The programme was graced by talented chefs, along with Longtharai’s business partners, dealers, and distributors.
During the event, chefs showcased innovative recipes and culinary techniques, which won the hearts of the guests. On the other hand, discussions with dealers focused on market expansion, business strategies, and future plans. All present described this unique blend of culinary and business exchange as innovative and fruitful.
The event was dignified by the presence of Mr. Ratan Debnath, Director of Longtharai International Pvt. Ltd.; the Head and Deputy Head of Ward No. 4, Nandigram; Mr. Saikat Mondal, East Midnapore District Distributor of Longtharai and proprietor of Aastha Food Supplier; along with company officials including Mrs. Supriya Gop (HR Manager), Mr. Prince Kumar Shikdar (Area Sales Manager), and others.
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries. A welcome address was delivered by HR Manager Mrs. Supriya Gope. Proprietor Mr. Ratan Debnath elaborated on the company’s future plans, mentioning that Longtharai products are currently marketed not only in Tripura but also across West Bengal, Bihar, Assam, Mizoram, and Manipur. He further discussed international expansion, including Bangladesh, while assuring everyone about the quality of the products.
In his speech, the Chief Guest highly appreciated the initiative of the company and wished them success in the future. Distributor Mr. Saikat Mondal urged the dealers to continue working with greater commitment and confidence in the company. Area Sales Manager Mr. Prince Kumar Shikdar, in his vote of thanks, also shared strategies on how Longtharai products could be marketed more efficiently and discussed the company’s various schemes.
The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of around 110 chefs, retailers, dealers, and distributors, whose energy added a special dimension to the program. The Longtharai authorities conveyed that similar meetings and conferences will continue in the future to further strengthen relationships with chefs and dealers.
