CM hails BJP karyakartas' dedicated efforts in spreading PM Modi's ideology
The Karyakartas (workers) of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are diligently working to bolster the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi by disseminating his ideology, said Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha.
Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Friday participated in the executive meeting of BJP organized by 8 Town Bardowali Mandal Committee at Bani Vidyapeeth Girls' School in Ramnagar, Agartala said that “to ensure the overall welfare of the common people of the state, it is crucial to prioritize the implementation of people-oriented schemes initiated by the central and state governments. The state government has also given special importance to the execution of various flagship projects in this regard. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will complete 9 years of his tenure on May 30, and Bharatiya Janata Party workers are wholeheartedly working to strengthen his leadership by spreading his ideology," stated the CM.
Dr. Saha further mentioned that the Lok Sabha elections are scheduled for 2024, and the state has two seats in the Lok Sabha.
“The currently elected representatives of the Bharatiya Janata Party from these two constituencies are effectively representing Tripura in the Parliament. In the upcoming elections, our goal is to win these two seats again with a higher vote count than in 2019," Dr. Saha added.
Furthermore, the CM highlighted the importance of strengthening the party's influence by promoting the thoughts and ideals of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharya, State BJP General Secretary Papiya Dutta, Amit Rakshit, Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Dipak Majumdar along with Mandal and State level leaders were present in this executive meeting.
It is to be noted that on May 22, the state-level executive meeting was held at Charilam of Sepahijala district.
