CM meets Nadda, Santosh, discuss party affairs in Tripura
Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha and his wife after taking a holy dip in the sacred waters of the Maha Kumbh at Prayagraj on Thursday, met several top leaders of BJP in New Delhi on Friday and held discussion over party affairs.
Official sources said that Chief Minister Dr Saha during his stay in Delhi will meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday and will discuss issues related to state.
While, on Friday Dr Saha Union Health and Family Welfare Minister and national president of BJP, JP Nadda at his official residence.
Chief Minister through his social media said that “Met Hon'ble Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare & National President Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Shri J.P.Nadda Ji at his official residence in New Delhi. We had a fruitful discussion on health welfare & organizational development in #Tripura, paving the way for #EkTripuraShresthaTripura.”
Later, in the day the Chief Minister met BJP’s general secretary (organization) BL Santosh and had also discussion over party affairs. Dr Saha also visisted party headquarters in Delhi and met National General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ,Arun Singh.
Sources said that the Chief Minister has elaborate discussion over selection of state president of BJP and he will stay few more days in Delhi and will return back to the state after attending a programme at Rajasthan.
