‘Delhi Abhijan’ by regional IPFT on Aug 23

Demanding separate state, the regional IPFT,an alliance partner of BJP government in Tripura will again march for New Delhi on August 23 next.
Speaking with media persons in Agartala on Saturday after the one day Central Committee conference of IPFT, held at Dasharath Deb Bhavan, IPFT President Prem Kumar Reang emphasized the party's sustained strength in Tripura's hilly regions, dismissing any claims of weakening as incorrect.
Reang elaborated on the IPFT's political landscape and its strategic positioning within the state. He reiterated the party's commitment to their long-standing movement for a separate state and mentioned that preparations for the upcoming Delhi March on August 23 are underway. He also added they will discuss with party workers to execute the plans on ground for village committee election.
The conference highlighted the IPFT leadership's dedication to the party's goals and strategized upcoming political activities. The move was considered significant in view of the recent political developments when Tipra-Motha joined the ruling coalition and their candidate contested the Lok Sabha election with BJP symbol.
Minister Sukla Charan Noatia attended the Central Committee (MCC) conference of the IPFT at Dashrath Deb Bhawan, Agartala. The event saw key figures, including IPFT President Prem Kr Reang and General Secretary Swapan Debbarma along with other part leaders were also attended.
