Dy.CEM, EM of ADC tendered their resignation, to take oath as MLAs

The deputy chief executive member (CEM) of Autonomous District Council (ADC) and another Executive Member(EM) on Tuesday tendered their resignation to the CEM after they were elected as MLAs of the state assembly.
The deputy CEM of Animesh Debbarma and EM Chittaranjan Debbarma has tendered their resignation as elected member of TTAADC before chief executive member (CEM) Purnachandra Jamatia at Khuwmwlung because they will take the oath as MLA of the 13th Tripura state assembly on March 16 next.
Both Animesh and Chittaranjan were elected in the February 16 assembly elections as MLAs of Tipra-Motha party.
While, designated protem speaker Binoy Bhushan Das , who will take the oath as protem speaker on March 15 said that Motha leader requested him to arrange their oath taking ceremony on March 17 and they will not be able to join the oath taking of all elected MLAs of the state on March 16.
