Governor felicitates RDC, TSC 2025–26 cadets of Tripura NCC

The Lok Bhavan of Tripura hosted a formal felicitation ceremony to recognize the exemplary achievements of National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets of Tripura. The event was organised on Tuesday at Lok Bhavan in Agartala.

The ceremony was held to recognise the dedicated cadets who represented the state at the Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2026 and the Thal Sainik Camp (TSC) 2025. These prestigious national-level camps demand the highest standards of physical fitness, discipline, and skill, and the success of these awardees reflects the growing excellence of the NCC units in Tripura.

The program also included a detailed presentation on the recent milestones achieved by NCC NER and Tripura NCC. Following the presentation, the Governor has personally interacted with the awardees and presented citations and I PADS to each cadet, acknowledging their meritorious service and performance.

 In a significant highlight of the evening, the NCC expressed its gratitude to the head of state by felicitating the Governor with a Life Membership of the NCC Alumni Association. He was also presented with an official NCC Alumni Certificate during the proceedings. In addition, the Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to the Governor was also honored with the Life Membership of the NCC Alumni Association for his contribution and association with the organization.

The event concluded with an inspiring address by the Governor followed by a group photograph and high tea with the awardee cadets.
