High level meeting at Secretariat on registration and recruitment under Agnipath scheme in Indian Air Force

The online registration for Agniveervayu Intake 02/2023 under Agnipath scheme of Indian Air Force will start from 17 March 2023 at 10 am and will continue till 5 pm of 31st March 2023. In connection with this, a high-level meeting was held at the Secretariat yesterday to ensure that the youth of the state can register online in large numbers and that the youth of the state can be recruited in large numbers under Agnipath scheme. Secretary of Department of Employment Services & Manpower Planning (ESMP) Abhishek Singh presided over the meeting.

 The meeting was attended  by Guwahati-based Wing Commander and Commanding Officer of 11 Airman Selection Centre S Sanmugam, Director of Department of Employment Services & Manpower lanning (ESMP), Director of Skill Development Department and representatives of Department of Higher Education and NIC Tripura.

It was decided in the meeting that steps will be taken by the department to make the youth of the state aware about the online registration in Air Force and initiatives will be taken by the department so that the willing youth can register online by visiting the employment exchanges and CSCs of the state. Wing Commander and Commanding Officer S Sanmugam informed that the online examination will start from May 20, 2023. Secretary of the Department of Employment Services & Manpower Planning (ESMP) Abhishek Singh emphasized on greater participation of the youth in the current recruitment process.
