JP Nadda coming on Jan 12 to address closing ceremony of ‘Jana Vishwas Yatra’ in Agartala
The closing ceremony of the BJP’s statewide Rath Yatra ‘Jana Vishwas Yatra’ will be held at Agartala and party’s national president J P Nadda will address the gathering at Umakanta Academy.
Addressing a press conference at the BJP’s state election office in Agartala on Tuesday night Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha accompanied state president Rajib Bhattacharjee said that two Raths in the Jana Vishwas Yatra’ covering all 60 assembly constituencies are arrived at Krishnapur from North Tripura and Sekharkot area from South Tripura, which flagged off by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on January 5th last, will be ended on ‘National Youth Day’ on January 12 next Agartala through a large gathering party workers and supporters, which will be addressed by BJP’s national president J P Nadda.
Sharing details of the tour programme of J P Nadda, Chief Minister Dr Saha said that Nadda will arrive at Agartala airport at 11 AM and soon after his arrival, Nadda will visit the bordering Lankamura village.
During his border village visit, Nadda will visit ‘Bhumihin colony’ area and interact will local villagers to know the benefits of government’s welfare schemes and after lunch at the house of local booth president, Nadda will arrive in front of Umakanta Academy ground to address the closing ceremony of seven days long Rath Yatra, said Dr Saha.
He said that the party has received tremendous support from cross section of the society and during 1600 kilometers long travel, the two Raths are being welcomed by people with much enthusiasm. ‘The enthusiasm and trust of people witnesses across the state over successful Rath Yatras of the party, we are sure BJP will again form the next government with maximum seats,’, said Dr Saha and added that the BJP is cent percent confident that party will again retain the power to serve the people of the state ultimate development.
Dr Saha said that after the closing ceremony of the ‘Jana Vishwas Yatra’, J P Nadda will chair a meeting of the state’s core committee in a hotel and after the meeting; he will leave the state towards New Delhi.
Speaking in the press meet, BJP's state president Rajib Bhattacharjee expressed his gratitude towards the people of the state for their massive support towards the party's ‘Jana Vishwas Yatra’ of the party.
