In a minor administrative reshuffle, one IPS and four TPS officers were transferred and posted in different wings of Tripura police.

A notification issued by the General Administration (Personnel and Training) department of Tripura government on Thursday (July 4th) said that L Darlong (IPS), incumbent commandant of 13th battalion TSR has been transferred and posted as AIGP (Training) at police headquarters.

Present AIGP (Training) H Sunga Darlong (TPS-Grade-I) has been transferred as commandant of TSR 13th battalion.

The former SDPO (Sadar) Deba Prasad Roy, incumbent DySP of Special Branch has again given the charges of SDPO (Sadar) by replacing present SDPO (Sadar) Dulal Chandra Datta, who is now transferred as SDPO of Bishalgarh. The incumbent SDPO of Bishalgarh, Panna Lal Sen has been transferred as DySP of Special Branch.
