Samir Ranjan Barman joined INDIA Bloc campaigning, shared dais with CPI (M) leaders
Former Tripura Chief Minister and veteran Congress leader Samir Ranjan Barman on Friday finally joined the poll campaign for INDIA Bloc candidate Ashish Kumar Saha at Bishalgarh and joined the dais with Left leaders.
On Friday morning, Samir Ranjan Barman along with Congress candidate Ashish Kumar Saha and other party workers joined the poll campaign at Bishalgarh constituency, once a home constituency of former Chief Minister and addressed a poll gathering at the market and shared the dais with former minister Bhanulal Saha, once his rival candidate during his active politics.
Barman said that irrespective of all differences, all supporters , leaders and workers of both Congress and CPI(M) joined hands together to defeat BJP in the coming election for a better future of the country.
Claiming of the ruling party BJP as ‘Gunda Bahini’ (gang of goons), Barman urged the voters of the state to cast their vote in favour of INDIA Bloc candidates in both parliamentary constituencies of Tripura by defeating all fears and obstructions.
Later, in the street corner meeting veteran CPI(M) leader and former MLA Bhanulal Saha and candidate Ashish Kumar Saha also addressed the gathering urging people to cast their vote in favour of INDIA Bloc candidates.
