Assam Rifles organizes Cricket tournament at Haflong, Assam

In commemoration of ‘Rajat Jayanti Samaroh’ of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Assam Rifles is organized a cricket tournament, "The Unity Cup," with local teams of Dima Hasao district of, Assam on July 26.
The event aims at fostering sportsmanship and unity between Assam Rifles and the local community. "The Unity Cup" cricket tournament aims to provide an opportunity for the local youth to showcase their talent and engage in healthy competition. The tournament is being organized on the Silver Jubilee of Kargil Vijay Diwas to imbibe the feelings of unity and patriotism in the local youth for our valiant heroes.
The tournament has kick started with enthusiastic participation from various local teams, creating an atmosphere of excitement and community bonding. The event aims to provide a platform for Assam Rifles personnel to interact with the local youth and community members, further enhancing mutual respect and understanding. A total of 32 local teams will participate in the tournament which will make it a memorable and successful event.
