Parakram Diwas observed at Central Sanskrit University, Ekalavya Campus
The Central Sanskrit University, Ekalavya Campus celebrated the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose as Parakram Diwas on January 23rd in its campus premise.
On this occasion, Dr. Nirmal Bhadra, Principal of MBB College, Agartala, remained present as the Chief Guest. In his address, Dr. Nirmal Bhadra opined that Netaji Subhash is an inspiration for the young generations and his ideals need to be inculcated in the mind of future generation so that true sense of nationalism can be generated. Besides him, Dr. Monisankar Misra, Assistant Professor (Dept. of History), Tripura Central University, attended the session as Chief Speaker and highlighted the contribution of Subhash Chandra Bose in the freedom struggle and his relevance in the modern era too. Prof. Prabhat Kumar Mohapatra, Director of the Campus presided over the session and imbued all students with patriotic fervourthrough his speech. This event was coordinated by Dr. Sivaramakrishna Simha, Assistant Professor (Shiksha Shastra). All the staff and students of the campus remained present on this occasion.
