Shishu Bihar School awarded by Union Sports Minister for ‘Fit India Quiz’ champion
Shishu Bihar HS School, the first government English medium school and a pioneer education institution of the state has been felicitated by the Union Sports Minister Anurag Singh Thakur for achieving the state champion in the ‘Fit India Quiz’ organized by the state Union Ministry of Sports.
On Sunday, during a programme held at Indian Chartered Accountant Bhavan in Mumbai, two proud students of the school and their principal Nibir Sen felicitated by the Union Sports Minister with a cheque of Rs. 2.5 lakh and a trophy.
During the programme, Anurag Singh Thakur in his speech has also mentioned the name of Shishu Bihar school and congratulated the school for becoming state champion in ‘Fit India Quiz’ competition for consecutive two years.
The Shishu Bihar students also make their presence in different state and national level competitions along with their academic excellence and have also achieved tremendous success in both secondary and higher secondary examinations.
