TBSE to declare Madhyamik, HS results on June 5th
Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) will declare the Madhyamik and Higher Secondary (+2) results on June 5th afternoon 12.30 PM after a media briefing.
TBSE president Dr Bhabatosh Saha speaking with media persons on Friday said that on the same day, the board will also announce the results of Madrassa Alim and Madrassa Fazil examinations. Like previous years, the candidates can check their results through a few websites.
Dr Saha said that based on the directives of the Supreme Court, the board has to declare the results of the Science stream of HS before June 10. He said that this year's Madhyamik examinations began on March 15 and ended on April 20th last, in which altogether 38,130 candidates appeared in the examinations. DR Saha added that about 5 to 6 thousand candidates appeared less in the secondary examinations this year compared to previous years, because many schools have been converted into CBSE including Vidyajyoti schools.
Similarly, the HS examinations began on March 18 and ended on April 18 last and altogether 33,453 candidates appeared in the board examinations from all eight districts of the state including 121 for Madrasa Alim and 62 for Madrasa Fazil examinations.
Dr Saha said that the evaluation of answer scripts of Madhyamik and Higher Secondary (+2) examinations of Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) started May 2nd and continued up to May 22nd last.
The evaluation of answer scripts scrutinized at 6 venues around Agartala. Among these six schools, four for Madhyamik including Bani Vidyapith, Budhjung Girls, Netaji Subhas Vidyaniketan and Umakanta Academy English medium and for HS examinations, Bardowali HS school and MTB Girls school.
Dr Saha said that this year board has appointed a total of 2,652 examiners and scrutinizers including 110 head of examiners for entire evaluation of Madhyamik and HS answer scripts.
Dr Saha said that there were around 1.8 lakh answer scripts for HS and 2.6 lakh answer scripts for Madhyamik examinations.
TBSE said that like previous years, this year also aspirants can get the board results through the websites like www.tbse.in, www.tripuraresults.nic.in, www.results.shiksha etc.
