TMC’s mass rally in Agartala today, Mahua, Kakali to attend
Trinamool Congress (TMC) on Monday will organize a mass protest rally in Agartala from Gandhighat to Rabindra Bhavan in presence of senior leaders of the party from West Bengal.
Addressing a press conference in Agartala on Sunday, party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sushmita Dev accompanied by state in-charge Rajib Banerjee said that mass rally in participation of TMC supporters from different parts of the state will participate in the protest rally against ‘misrule’ of BJP government.
Rajib Banerjee said that Lok Sabha MP and president All India TMC Mahila wing president and MP Smt Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar and MP Smt Mahua Moitra will arrive in the state on Monday will participate in the procession and will also address the mass gathering in front of Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhavan.
Banerjee alleged that ruling party supporters are continuing their attacks on TMC supporters and leaders in different parts of the state and threatening their workers not to participate in the proposed big rally with dire consequences. He added that despite all obstructions created by the ruling party, the people of the state will witness a mega rally by TMC workers and supporters in Agartala on Monday.
