As part of the month long Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan campaign, Central Sanskrit University, Ekalavya Campus at Lembucherra, Tripura, conducted an awareness workshop on the theme, 'Environment Pollution, Plastic, People, Place & Pledge' on held at multipurpose hall of the campus for the students on Friday.

 In this workshop, Dr.Mansee Bal Bhagava, Founder-Director of World for World Foundation, Gujarat, remained present as the chief guest cum speaker. In her speech, she imbued all the students about the interrelation between nature and human beings and stressed on the necessity of taking initiatives for preserving nature from all kinds of man-made hazards. This session of the workshop was presided over by Prof.Prabhat Kumar Mohapatra, Director of the Campus. In his speech, he emphasized on the importance of making campus plastic-free and urged all to abstain from using plastic products inside the campus. Coordinator of this workshop was Dr. Nanda Dulal Mandal, Assistant Professor, Shiksha Shastra were also present.
