Burj Khalifa: NASA astronaut shares stunning image of world's tallest building from space
UAE's Burj Khalifa is currently the tallest structure in the world and NASA astronaut Donald Roy Pettit recently shared a breathtaking image of the building from space, giving people a chance to see it from the top of Earth.
Captured from the International Space Station (ISS), Pettit's image showed the tallest building standing amid the brightly lit Dubai skyline.
Sharing the image, the NASA astronaut wrote on X: "Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building from space."

The image has already garnered a lot of reactions online.
An Emirati, whose X page identifies him as Hassan Sajwani, wrote in the comment section: " WooW ! Thank you Don.Like diamonds in the sky"
"An incredible photo!" wrote another X user.
An internet user named Bharat wrote in the comment section: " An iconic view! Burj Khalifa truly stands out, even from space."
The astronaut had earlier left internet users amazed by sharing an image of the ongoing Maha Kumbh festival in Prayagraj as captured from space.
